Reservation:
1. Please use our online booking or send your travel request via email to
timeschinatours@gmail.com. Please do let us know your full name on your passport and the name you used to reserve hotel room; otherwise it is not easy for our tour guide to get in touch with you in the evening before tour date.
2. Our real trip advisors will have your booking confirmed no more than 12 hours. When your booking is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email or call from us, which includes the confirmed detailed itinerary with prices.
3. In your reply, please inform us of your hotel in Beijing and date for the tour. Usually our tour guide will call you in the evening (around 18:00 to 21:00) before the tour date to confirm the pick up time.
4. Our tour guide will meet you at your hotel in Beijing.
